Returns & Exchanges
You can return any item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order.
To return or exchange an item, please follow the returns instructions for your region:
United Kingdom
- UK returns and exchanges are free of charge.
- Shipping costs are non- refundable.
- Bespoke items and re-enamelling services are created on a made to order, customised basis and are not able to be returned or refunded unless there has been a manufacturing fault.
- If you have purchased your item from another retailer, please contact them directly to process returns.

1. Download and fill out a returns form 2. Generate a pre-paid returns label with Royal Mail: Royal Mail Returns Label. 3. Return your order in its original packaging, preferably in the same box it was received. |
UK Exchanges |
Exchange instructions and a prepaid returns label is included in every order.
1. Download and fill out an exchange form, marking the size and colour you would like for exchange. If an item is out of stock, or there is a difference in price, we will inform you via email.
2. Generate a pre-paid returns label with Royal Mail: Royal Mail Returns Label.
3. Return your items for exchange in the original packaging, preferably in the same box it was received.
4. Wait for your exchange. Exchanges take 7-10 days to process.

International
- International returns are charged at local rates with the amount deducted from your refund.
- We charge you the rates at which the shipping company charges us and nothing more. As we are a small company, we often do not have the most competitive rates. In some countries you will be able to select a carrier of your choice where the rate may be more competitive.
- We are unable to refund any customs charges or sales tax.
- Shipping costs are non- refundable.

All goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you.
We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
Returns are processed within 14 days of us receiving the original item(s).
