Do you offer custom ring sizes?

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom ring sizes at this time. Our collection is available in five standard sizes, which are listed on our website. Please refer to our Sizing Guide to find the perfect fit for you.

How do I find my ring size?

Our rings are available in sizes ranging from Size 3 3/4 to Size 9. To ensure you select the right size, we recommend checking our Sizing Guide, which includes detailed instructions on how to measure your finger and choose the best fit. You’ll also find conversion charts for international sizing.

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

We offer a 30-day returns or exchange policy from the date of purchase for any item, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition and includes all packaging.

Do you accept international returns or exchanges?

Yes, we do! We offer a 30-day returns or exchange policy for all international orders, starting from the date of purchase. International returns are arranged through our partner Global E.

You can process your return on our Returns & Exchanges page, where you’ll be able to download and fill in the necessary returns form. Please ensure the item is unworn and returned with its original packaging.

Can I get a discount on my first order?

What are your opening hours?

Where can I purchase Hotlips in-store?

Hotlips are currently stocked at various retailers across the UK and internationally. For a full list of stockists, visit our Stockists page, where you can find the closest location to you.

What is your return policy if I bought my ring from a stockist?

If you purchased a ring from one of our stockists, please contact the original store where you made your purchase to arrange a return or exchange. 

In cases where this isn’t possible, please email us with your proof of purchase and details of where the item was bought. We’ll assist you accordingly based on your circumstances.
