Refund policy

You can return any item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order.

UK returns and exchanges are free of charge.

International returns are charged at local rates with the amount deducted from your refund.

We charge you the rates at which the shipping company charges us and nothing more. As we are a small company, we often do not have the most competitive rates. In some countries, you will be able to select a carrier of your choice where the rate may be more competitive.

Shipping costs are non- refundable.

We are unable to refund any customs charges or sales tax.

Bespoke items and re-enamelling services are created on a made to order, customised basis and are not able to be returned or refunded unless there has been a manufacturing fault.

If you have purchased your item from another retailer, please contact them directly to process returns.

Returns to us must be in the original packaging and packed in a secure method, preferably in the same envelope it was received.

All goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you.

If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead. You will be contacted by a member of our team to inform you of this.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise.

Returns are processed within 14 days of us receiving the original item(s).

We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

EXCHANGES

UK Orders

We are offering exchanges for UK customers free of charge.

Simply please complete the exchange paperwork included in your order and use the prepaid shipping label.
