Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
You must collect you order within 90 days of purchase; otherwise, a refund will be initiated.

All international orders include customs and duties in the final price. No additional customs or duty charges will be added when receiving your item.

Global-e will take payment for your order and will be the exporter of record and their carriers will deliver your order.
*Unfortunately we do not ship to Brazil, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Portugal, or Russia due to jewellery importation regulations.
Bank Holiday & Holiday Closures
We will be closed on all UK bank holidays.
Please note that any orders placed during bank holidays will not be shipped until the first working day following the holiday.
All international orders* include customs and duties in the final price. No additional customs or duty charges will be added when receiving your item.
Al global orders outside the UK will be fulfilled by our international partner Global-e.

Returns & Exchanges
You can return any item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order.
To return or exchange an item, please follow the returns instructions for your region:
United Kingdom
UK Returns:
- UK returns and exchanges are free of charge.
- Shipping costs are non- refundable.
- Bespoke items and re-enamelling services are created on a made to order, customised basis and are not able to be returned or refunded unless there has been a manufacturing fault.
- If you have purchased your item from another retailer, please contact them directly to process returns.
Return instructions, a returns form, and a prepaid returns label is included in every order.

2. Generate a pre-paid returns label with Royal Mail: Royal Mail Returns Label.
3. Return your order in its original packaging, preferably in the same box it was received.
All goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you.
UK Exchanges:
UK exchanges are free of charge.
Exchange instructions and a prepaid returns label is included in every order.
1. Download and fill out an exchange form if you dont already have one, marking the size and colour you would like for exchange. If an item is out of stock, or there is a difference in price, we will inform you via email.

4. Wait for your exchange. Exchanges take 7-10 days to process.

International Returns:
International returns are arranged through our partner Global E.

International Exchanges:
For international exchanges, please return your unwanted items and place a new order.
All goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Returns are processed within 14 days of us receiving the original item(s).
UK Orders
We are offering exchanges for UK customers free of charge.

International Orders
For international orders, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

Please cancel your order as soon as possible after placing it.
If your order has already shipped, we will be unable to make a cancellation.
Warranty & Repairs
We offer a 1 year warranty on all our jewellery. Any manufacturing faults will be repaired free of charge within 1 year of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for this repair guarantee and it is only applicable to purchases made on hotlipsbysolange.co.uk or in Solange’s London boutique.
Jewellery damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and are chargeable.
If you have purchased your item from another retailer, please contact them directly for any manufacturing faults or repairs.
If you would like to repair your jewellery, we offer a re-enameling service called Make Do and Mend. Alternatively please contact us for further repair enquiries.
If you believe that your goods were received damaged, please contact us within seven 7 working days of delivery and we will do our best to help you.

Our Hotlips and Hotscripts rings come in 5 standard sizes:
X-Small = EU 46 / US Size 3 3/4 / UK G 1/2 (perfect as a pinky ring size)
Small = EU size 51 / US size 6 / UK L
Medium = EU size 54 / US size 7 / UK N
Large = EU size 56 / US size 8 / UK P
X-Large = EU size 59 / US size 9 / UK R
