Does my gift card have an expiry date?
Nope! Our gift cards have no expiry date.
Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still balance remaining on the card.
Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?
Yes, you can redeem multiple gift cards during checkout.
Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.
Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.
How do I check my gift card's balance?
Please contact us with your gift card's details to find out its remaining balance.
REFUNDS
Can a refund be put back on a gift card?
Yes. If you used a gift card to pay for your purchase, then your refund will be applied back to this gift card.
This is also possible with orders partially paid for by gift card.
